Mark Peterson
Executive Director
Mark Peterson became executive director of Prayer Transformation Ministries in July 2009. Mark has owned his own business for more than 30 years, and will continue to serve both in the marketplace and ministry. He has been involved with Prayer Transformation Ministries as a member of the Board of Directors. His heart is for prayer for revival and transformation, especially as it draws people into true community with each other.

Mark hosts a weekly prayer group at his office that meets each Thursday over the noon hour. The example of Jeremiah Lamphier leading noon prayer in the financial district of New York City in the 1800s has been an encouragement to Mark in this new phase of ministry. Jeremiah's faithfulness in calling business people to pray was part of what sparked a great awakening in our nation at that time. Mark's heart and prayer is that God will once again send revival when His people humble themselves and repent, inviting God to do a transforming work.

Carol Madison
Carol Madison has been involved in the prayer movement in the Twin Cities for many years. She is the former associate director of Prayer Transformation Ministries, but now has her own editorial business. She assists Mark Peterson with writing and editing newsletters, radio spots, and other ministry initiatives. Carol also serves Prayer First (Converge Worldwide) and the Global Day of Prayer Minnesota. She writes and speaks on prayer, with a special emphasis on prayer for revival, and is a part of the core team for PTM.

Madan Valvi
Madan Valvi currently serves with Campus Crusade for Christ, but is also a part of the core team for Prayer Transformation Ministries. He speaks often on the topics of "A Life of Intercession" and "Prayer for Revival." Madan grew up in India, and has an amazing story of coming to faith in Christ and being called into the ministry.

Colleen Thompson
Colleen Thompson has joined the core team of Prayer Transformation Ministries, serving with Mark, Carol, and Madan in praying and seeking the Lord about the future direction of Prayer Transformation Ministries. She is a prayer leader at Hosanna! Lutheran in Lakeville, MN, and brings strategic gifts of intercession and discernment to PTM. She also provides administrative support as needed.
